Hannah Pike
~ Founder of Tidal Flow Co~
Collaborating with business owners and groups to create the perfect Galápagos vacation
Hannah’s passion for the ocean began at the age of three when she first learnt to snorkel while living on the Great Barrier Reef. Growing up on Moreton Bay in Brisbane, it was evident through all of her high school art projects that she was destined for life under the sea. In 2011, at the age of 20, Hannah first ventured off to the Galápagos Islands to complete her studies in Marine Biology and become a divemaster. 13 years later she still calls the Galápagos her second home, basing herself in the Galápagos for months at a time each year to work on research projects, sailing yachts and organising and co facilitating expeditions and retreats . In between you will find her working on yachts in remote areas of the Pacific, Indonesia, Mediterranean or Caribbean, teaching high school students in Australia or on her own surf or dive adventures.

Carolina Pesantez
~ Galápagos Tour Agency Owner of Isla Expeditions and Our Naturalist Guide~
While growing up between two contrasting worlds, the wild Galápagos Islands and the civilised mainland, Carolina decided to follow her island family lineage, permanently moving to the Galápagos in 2010. Carolina went on to study Environmental Management (including a year studying abroad in Australia), became a divemaster and undertook the rigorous Galápagos National Park Guide Course. Since then, between her own sailing adventures with her partner, she has been working in the tourism industry, guiding on some of the most renowned expedition yachts in the Galápagos Archipelago. More recently, Carolina has been using her invaluable guiding skills and knowledge of the islands to create the ultimate Galápagos Experience for retreat hosts. Collaborations with Tidal Flow Co and Isla Expeditions creating Surf and Nature Connection Retreats in the Galápagos Islands
Michelle grew up on the gulf coast of Florida and developed a passion for surfing when she was in her teens. She has spent the last 10 years in Central America, calling Bocas Del Toro, Panama her home. Her business Bocas del Toro Surfing runs Surf Retreats throughout the year in Panama. She loves the simplicity of island life, surfing by boat instead of car and showing guests what the islands have to offer from a locals point of view.
After a trip to Galápagos she decided to partner with friends Hannah and Carolina collaborating to create Galápagos Surf and Nature Connection Retreats on the Island of San Cristobal. Liv Rose
~ Founder of Liv for the Sea ~
Collaborations with Tidal Flow Co and Isla Expeditions creating Galápagos Ocean Expeditions
Liv’s time studying in Hawaii exposed her to the harsh reality of what our human impact on the marine environment had caused. Plastic pollution was prolific, littering the pristine volcanic coastlines of each island. Endless marine creatures where found tangled, feeding on and playing with the debris of our negligence. Plastic was and still is suffocating our oceans. There grew Liv’s voice to share and inspire others to change the way they’re living and open their eyes to the importance and beauty of our precious marine environment.
